Our exam cost $100 including the urine test on the day of the exam.

 

Also, offer Drug and Alcohol Testing (DOT and NON-DOT) for an additional cost. 

 

DOT examination is not covered by Medical Insurance.

 

Your exam comprises of the following:

• Health history review.

• Check your height, weight, blood pressure, vision and hearing.

• Thorough physical examination.

• Your urine will be tested for protein, glucose, blood and measurement of specific gravity.

• Practitioner will complete your Medical Examination Report for Commercial Driver Fitness Determination form.

• Your examination findings will be reviewed with you and new certificate will be issued immediately, if necessary.
